We occasionally get log in issues like this and we have discovered that most times it's related to the text autofill feature of the web browser you are using to access the Mindahome website.
You need to remove any text your web browser may have automatically added to the login form and don't accept or use any suggestions your web browser may offer you. You need to type your login details from new into a blank form.
If that doesn't work for you then your only other options are to use a different web browser. You can also use a different device such as a PC, laptop, tablet or phone.
